
The business was founded in 2011 by Simon Gell. It started from home and soon moved to a commercial kitchen in Dublin. Simon has gone from supplying his first shop with twenty fishcakes to now supplying multiple outlets in Dublin with his gourmet ready to go seafood.
Simons' involvement with the Food Academy and Supervalu has given him the opportunity to grow the business further.
Our mission is to continue as a family owned business committed to creating products of excellent quality using the best local and sustainable ingredients.
